Responsibilities: Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Compensation: $60,000+ Annually commission based
