Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Show a track record of real estate success Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Current California Real Estate License (or in the process, let's chat about this) • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Sales, customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations Compensation: $70,000+ (Commission Based)
