Responsibilities: Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Passionate about selling Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Great phone presence with a closer mentality Compensation: $60,000+ (Commission Based)
