Responsibilities: Schedule and hold open houses to meet prospects for other properties “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice Following up with customers within 5 minutes by phone Qualify and track all incoming leads through our dedicated CRM Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Current California Real Estate License (or in the process, let's chat about this) • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Familiarity with the area real estate market • Sales, customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
