Responsibilities: Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Enthusiastic with excellent people skills A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale Driven to succeed in sales and in life Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $80,000+ (Commission Based)
