OCS Contracting Services is looking for a skilled Drywall Repair Technician to join our growing team in Oak Creek, WI! Responsibilities:

Assess and repair drywall damage including holes, cracks, water damage, and surface imperfections

Cut, fit, and install drywall patches and panels as needed

Apply joint compound, tape, and finish coats to achieve smooth, seamless surfaces

Sand and texture drywall surfaces to match existing finishes

Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces prior to repairs

Communicate professionally with clients and team members on job sites

Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

Prior experience in drywall repair, finishing, or general construction

Proficiency in taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching techniques

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in and around Oak Creek, WI

Valid driver's license preferred

Positive, professional attitude with strong customer-facing communication skills
