Responsibilities

Develop trade skills in drywall installation/repair and painting

Assist Senior technicians with drywall and painting projects

Load and unload materials and equipment

Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness

Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques

Follow safety protocols and procedures

Communicate with crew leaders and team members

Support crew with measurements and material prep

Requirements

Willingness to learn and strong work ethic

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Ability to drive and commute independently

Construction experience a plus
