    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual General Manager to lead two extended-stay properties in the St. Louis, MO market—Extended Stay America and Candlewood Suites (IHG). Relocation is required. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with tremendous growth potential. Grit, resilience, and a proactive mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all day-to-day operations for both hotels, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision, mission, and core values. • Maximize financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team member development. • Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality assurance, and operational excellence. • Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership on strategic goals and ongoing improvements. • Travel between the two hotels (approx. 25 minutes apart) as required. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance. • Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards. • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. • Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records. • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team. Qualifications: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. • Proven experience as a hotel General Manager (dual-property experience preferred) with brands Candlewood/IHG/Extended Stay America. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Deep understanding of extended-stay operations and brand standards • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. • Must be highly organized, results-driven, and guest-focused. Compensation: $75,000+
