The Role: As our Dual Hotel Group Sales Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind winning group business across both properties. You’ll hunt for and close deals with everything from corporate groups to social events, and everything in between. With a personable and proactive style, you’ll build genuine relationships that keep clients coming back, making sure our hotels continue to be the go-to spots for memorable experiences. Responsibilities: • Drive group sales revenue with a mix of outbound calls, on-site visits, networking events, and client presentations. • Tailor your sales approach to the unique vibe of each hotel. • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, SMERF segments, event planners, and local businesses. • Collaborate with our revenue and operations teams to ensure every client gets a top-notch experience. • Keep sales documentation up-to-date using Marriott systems (CI/TY, OneSource, SFA, etc.). • Stay on top of local trends and identify new business opportunities around Cincinnati. Qualifications: • Experience: You have 3+ years of hotel sales experience, with a bonus if you’ve juggled multi-property roles before. • Lifestyle Savvy: You understand the pulse of lifestyle hotels and know how to sell experiences, not just rooms. • Self-Starter: You bring initiative, creativity, and hustle to every challenge. • Great Communicator: You connect seamlessly in person, over the phone, and through engaging emails. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Marriott sales systems is a plus. • On the Move: You’re comfortable traveling between our two vibrant locations and love being out in the community.
