    GF Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Dual Property Director of Human Resources for our Crowne Plaza by IHG and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia/King of Prussia properties. As the Hotel Director of Human Resources (HR), you will oversee all people operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, training, compliance, and strategic HR planning in support of hotel business goals, reporting to the GM and aligning HR with property and brand strategies, managing budgets, and fostering a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: • Develop HR strategies (like succession planning) aligned with hotel objectives, serving as a key member of the executive team. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention programs. • Act as a point of contact for staff concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure fair treatment. • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, including seasonal bonuses or accommodation/transport. • Ensure adherence to employment laws, health & safety regulations, and implement hotel policies. • Manage HR files, reports, budgets, and the HR team, ensuring efficient workflows. • Coordinate training programs (e.g., customer service) for all staff. • Create hiring plans for seasonal demands, interview candidates, and manage work permits/visas. • Ensure timely performance reviews and manage staff attendance/schedules. • Handle HR inquiries, manage employee records, and oversee wellness programs. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related experience. • Relevant experience in hospitality management. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. • Expert knowledge of human resources.
