Through our proprietary DualEstate™ model, agents combine residential property sales with long-term property management, providing full-spectrum solutions for clients and building a sustainable, dual-income business. This is an ideal role for licensed agents looking to diversify their income and provide greater value in every transaction.
Full-Spectrum Representation:
● Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate transactions.
● Assist landlords with listing and leasing rental properties.
● Provide advisory services to homeowners on whether to sell, hold, or rent.
Integrated Client Support:
● Collaborate with our in-house property management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
● Maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and investor clients—creating long-term client retention and future sales opportunities.
Marketing & Lead Engagement:
● Utilize branded DualEstate™ tools, landing pages, and presentations to promote services.
● Engage with sales and property management leads via our integrated CRM platform.
Program & Service Promotion:
● Actively promote proprietary programs such as Sell & Stay™, Flex Lease™, and Max Factor Listing™.
● Educate clients on all available services, helping them make informed, strategic real estate decisions.
Income & Growth Strategy:
● Build and manage a dual-income business model—generating commission-based revenue and recurring property management income through our Partner Agent structure.
