OVERVIEW
Duck Camp is seeking a driven Wholesale Account Representative to join our sales division. You will serve as the face of the company to our wholesale partners and be responsible for revenue generation and finding market expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoor apparel industry and displays a strong desire to grow the business by providing excellent product knowledge and best in class support for our retail partners.
Please note: This role requires 60-70% travel.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets through coaching and consulting with retailers.
- Grow Duck Camp revenue by developing partnerships with new and existing retailers.
- Strategically resolve customer issues while upholding the interest of the company and supporting our business practices.
- Forecast, track and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Work as a team member to exceed sales goals while maintaining a healthy mutual business environment for Duck camp and our retail partners.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of our products, programs and policies at all times.
- Follow the direction and initiatives set forth by the Director of Sales.
- Attend Duck Camp meetings and events when and where required.
- Represent Duck Camp at consumer facing events.
- Remain humble and work hard while being highly organized, self-motivated and time efficient.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Highly self-motivated and self-sufficient with proven sales experience
- 4 year degree or 2 year degree with applicable experience
- Ability to exercise wise and pragmatic business judgment and make decisions based on both existing data and solid business acumen
- High proficiency in oral and written communication
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A passion for the outdoor, hunting and/or fishing apparel industry including knowledge of current trends
