Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of air ducts in residential properties.
- Assess and address customers' indoor air quality needs, offering appropriate products as necessary.
- Maintain and operate company-provided equipment, including vehicles, phones, and iPads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on best practices and industry advancements.
- Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:
- Willing to travel to all 3 of our locations in Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
Experience Preferred (not required)
- EPA Universal Certification
- Previous experience in duct cleaning or a related field is a plus, but not required.
