Job Description
Dudley Stephens is hiring an OFFICE + CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT for immediate hire.
This role is 60% REMOTE and requires 2 days a week in our Greenwich, CT office.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES: 80%
- Report to Customer Service Team
- Assist customers via phone, chat and e-mail
- Maintain working knowledge of products including new arrivals, styles and sizing
- Help customers create returns and exchanges
OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES: 20%
- Report to Finance Manager
- Manage admin office tasks including ordering office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Act as the point person for all inquiries relating to the office
- Assist DS Team with special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Experience Equivalent
- Must take initiative and approach your work in a proactive manner
- Organization and strong communication skills are integral to being successful in this position
- Must have a passion for helping others -- this role requires both assisting our team internally and customers externally, and requires an enthusiastic , positive and professional attitude!
