    Job Description

    Dudley Stephens is hiring an OFFICE + CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT for immediate hire.

    This role is 60% REMOTE and requires 2 days a week in our Greenwich, CT office.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES: 80%

    • Report to Customer Service Team
    • Assist customers via phone, chat and e-mail
    • Maintain working knowledge of products including new arrivals, styles and sizing
    • Help customers create returns and exchanges

    OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES: 20%

    • Report to Finance Manager
    • Manage admin office tasks including ordering office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
    • Act as the point person for all inquiries relating to the office
    • Assist DS Team with special projects as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Experience Equivalent
    • Must take initiative and approach your work in a proactive manner
    • Organization and strong communication skills are integral to being successful in this position
    • Must have a passion for helping others -- this role requires both assisting our team internally and customers externally, and requires an enthusiastic , positive and professional attitude!
