Responsibilities: • Utilize our sales processes effectively to manage and close leads • Establish contact with clients each day via phone, text, and email • Set up appointments with potential customers daily • Represent clients with negotiating skills to help ensure their success in the Tampa Bay area real estate • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and personal growth opportunities • Assist 10-50 or more clients in their home-buying journey per year • Develop expertise to become a top earner in the real estate industry • Maintain a team-first attitude and approach • Open to guidance and eager to learn new concepts • Represent the name-brand brokerage in an admirable manner • Represent our brand positively Qualifications: • Current FL Real Estate License or in the process (provide details of where in the process) • Desire to serve our clients and work hard • Willingness to learn new tools and tech • Display excellent verbal, text, and written communication • Possess basic tech abilities to utilize email, text, CRMs, etc • Display diligence and persistence • Genuinely care about our clients and team members • Self-Managed and Self-Disciplined, coachable • Willingness to be Held Accountable by your peers and team to achieve Your goals • Add value to everyone • Willingness to take duty shifts in the office Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
