    Inside Sales Agent for #1 Florida Real Estate Team - The Duncan Duo at RE/MAX Telephone professional needed for top-selling real estate team to focus on expired and for sale by owners! The Duncan Duo Team at RE/MAX is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the country! We need someone focused on calling FSBO and expired seller leads with our tools and systems. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. You will work with the best salespeople in our company! The ideal person is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets. Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline, focusing on expired listings and FSBO • Primary duties include outbound calling, texting, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Enjoys being on the phone and has incredible phone skills/experience • Aggressive and results-oriented in all things • History of success in personal and professional life • High economic drive - wants to make a lot of money • Is dynamic and articulate • Independent, self-motivated and competitive! • Wants to become a better salesperson Compensation: $100,000+ commission
