    The Duncan Realty Group at Keller Williams in Lubbock, TX is looking for an Operations/Admin Manager to join our real estate team. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and motivated to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. The Operations Manager is responsible for all team systems from recording sales to supporting the delivery of marketing content created by the marketing team. The role includes support to the listing team in entry and managing of MLS status updates, and setting policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, and title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information • Schedule team appointments, events, and travel • Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks and track office expenses • Provide assistance to realtors when needed Qualifications: • A real estate license is preferred but not required • Must be willing to gain a license in the future • 3-5 years in administrative roles • Demonstrated skills in scheduling & online systems management • 1-3 Years of Real Estate Experience Compensation: $50,000 yearly
