Job Description
The program coordinator is a pivotal position in Dungarvin’s programming. Emphasis is on coordination of Self-Employment services and Day Program services.
These services include, recreation, program services, education/vocational programs, and health/safety. The Program Coordinator is responsible to assist the Program Director in maintaining consistency in programming, care of the individual served, communication with other team members, and other associated tasks as directed, including filling vacancies and for absent staff.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Education or training in working with developmentally disabled adults and/or equivalent experience, is preferred. Prior experience in day program services is a plus. Must be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision.
The Program Coordinator must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Current auto liability insurance is required.
Additional Information
Position pays $17.50 per hour
