    Job Description

    The recruiter is a support position specifically responsible for coordinating the recruitment and hiring of direct support providers to work in the homes/programs that Dungarvin Wisconsin, LLC operates. 

    The recruiter is responsible to recruit applicants through a variety of resources and ensure qualified applicants are screened using approved methodologies, tools and processes.  This position will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that recruitment efforts and new employee orientations are performed at the highest level of quality.  The position provides support to Trainer positions as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers, directors and community resources
    • Experience advertising on social media as related to promoting open position and hiring events
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma with 2 years of demonstrated experience and/or associates degree in related field of study and experience
    • Valid driver’s license

    PREFERRED:

    • Two years of recruiting, human resources or direct support experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
    • Demonstrated experience in recruiting direct support professionals or similar positions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study and related work experience.
    • Experience working with ATS such as Smart Recruiters/UltiPro

    This is an entry-level recruiting position with an hourly wage of $17.50 - $18.50/HR.
