    Job Description

    This HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) SPECIALIST will be responsible for providing general human resources support to operating companies across the State.  The HR Specialist will perform weekly/monthly audits, run weekly/monthly reports, manage the LOA process, and complete data entry as needed.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Perform weekly/monthly audits in reference to payroll, turnover, headcount, etc.
    • Respond and maintain unemployment claims for set area.
    • Manage and monitor the company's LOA process; processing LOA's for employees
    • Maintain and disseminate personnel information 
    • Update and maintain written HR policies and procedures as needed
    • Ensure clear and effective communication with insurance contacts regarding enrollment and employee concerns
    • Partner and effectively communicate with other HR professionals within the operating companies
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree and one to three years of general HR experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills  
    • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to experiences with MS Office and HRIS (UltiPro)

    The significant growth of Dungarvin creates the need for this position to join the corporate HR department.  This position will expose the incumbent to a variety of HR tasks.

    REPORTS TO: HR Generalist

    HOURS WORKED: Monday thru Friday- 8am-5pm – 40hrs per week
