Dungeon Master Direct delivers epic storytelling experiences online to clients throughout the world. As professional Dungeon Masters, we specialize in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and leverage the latest technology in virtual tabletops and video conferencing to create immersive, cinematic, heart-stopping stories.

Cultural phenomena such as Stranger Things and Critical Role have introduced millions of new players to Dungeons & Dragons, and online play has made D&D more accessible than ever before. But there are still more hopeful players than there are available Dungeon Masters. Not everyone can find the time, the space, or the creative material to create a truly unforgettable Dungeons & Dragons campaign.

About the Job

• Get paid to run high quality D&D campaigns from the comfort of home
• Host private events and corporate teambuilding campaigns!
• Start Part-Time and work your way up to five games a week
• Receive personalized training and mentoring
• Help build our social media presence

• Flexible Scheduling, but must be available nights and weekends (Sundays are optional)

Requirements

• 5+ years experience running RPG campaigns

• Extensive knowledge and love of D&D 5e rules and campaign modules

• Other TTRPG systems are a plus, but D&D 5e is a MUST

• Proficiency with virtual tabletops (Roll20, Foundry VTT, etc.)

• STRONG stage presence (Acting/Performance Background Recommended)

• Excellent communication skills (Customer Service and/or Teaching Experience Recommended)

• Fast and reliable internet connection for video conferencing

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree strongly recommended

• All candidates in the US are eligible, but local candidates in Utah will receive special consideration

• Active social media following is HIGHLY recommended
