About the Role:

Join the team at Dunkin' in Santa Fe, NM, where every shift is a chance to brighten someone's morning! We're looking for an energetic and friendly Cashier/Counterperson/Barista to keep our guests fueled and smiling from their first sip to their last bite.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers at the counter with a positive, welcoming attitude

Accurately process cash and card transactions using the POS system

Prepare and craft hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, lattes, and signature Dunkin' coffees

Fulfill food orders including donuts, sandwiches, and baked goods with speed and accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary counter and work area

Restock supplies, pastry cases, and beverage stations throughout the shift

Follow Dunkin' brand standards and food safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

Previous cashier, food service, or barista experience preferred but not required

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic math skills for handling cash and making change

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
