Job Description

The Fare Collection / Technical Support Analyst will work in an environment that utilizes: INIT ticket machines, ticket office machines and back office; Cubic optic scanners; Masabi / SolidRun Single Board Computers (SBCs); Masabi mobile and inspection apps. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with Fare Collection, Technical Support Analysis to include: •    Fare analysis and fare technology integration with local and regional metro partners for the ticket machines •    Future installation support and oversight for INIT ticket machines to ensure requirements are met •    Support for the upcoming and future projects such as ARROW, in the county •    Optic Scanners - Support future integration efforts with local and regional partners Please note that normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and the work will primarily be done onsite in Pomona, CA. The position is estimated to last for 3 years and may be extended an additional 1 to 2 more years.
