Durable Life Skills Inc. is seeking an energetic Full-time team member to Fulfill the roles and responsibilities of an Admin Assistant 1/Client Services. As an Admin Assistant 1/Client Services, you will assist in the daily management of office and clerical work to assist the clients we serve. You will be responsible for:
Job development
Job coaching
File management
Client quality assurance
Data Entry
Case management documentation
assist other staff with administrative duties as assigned.
New hires must pass background and drug tests as well as submit a Department of Motor Vehicle record to the company. You will also need to follow any Covid mandates as per state regulations. Training will be hands-on with current staff.
Requirements: Key qualifications include being both a team player who does the job as required and a self-starter who can work unsupervised with professional integrity to maintain all DLS policies and protocol; Someone who is attentive to detailed information and has good organizational skills; the ability to think-on-your-feet; be firm yet compassionate; flexible and able to respond well to last-minute adjustments; caring; and can maintain good humor. Associates must be able to accept constructive feedback and be attentive with training on our efficient software system & follow uniform business practices. Great Customer service skills is a must.
Related experience of job and career development is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Word and Excel skills is preferred. Having someone who is a problem solver, and has analytical skills is a must.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour to start based on education and experience
COVID precautions are followed set by Colo. Dept. of Public Health and Environment rules. Employees also get paid to conduct weekly COVID-19 testing.

Desired skills: customer service, filing, labeling, organizing, attention to detail, knowledge of computer software and typing skills.
Schedule: Minimum of 16to 24 hours throughout the week, Primarily Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as we bring on clients.
