    We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused PAP Clinician to join our growing team.

    This position is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist or Sleep Technologist, who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to escape the stress of hospital shifts, nights, weekends.

    What You'll Do

    As a PAP Clinician, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and advocate for patients beginning or continuing sleep apnea therapy.

    Responsibilities include:

    Conduct PAP setup appointments and educate patients on their equipment

    Review sleep study results and physician recommendations with patients

    Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges

    Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness

    Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence

    Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system

    Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners

    Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions

    Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction

    Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes

    Participate in on call rotation every 6 weeks.

    Preferred Qualifications

    One or more of the following:

    CRT or RRT credential

    RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST credential

    Previous PAP, sleep medicine, or DME experience

    Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
