We are a commercial Janitorial company. We are seeking Janitor/ Floor Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities: Janitor

A Janitor's duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.

Responsibilities: Floor Teach

· Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.

· Moving furniture before and after cleaning.

· Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.

· Measuring chemicals correctly.

· Operating chemical dispensing units.

· Labeling chemicals correctly.

Ability lift 50lb

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Ability to handle a flexible schedule

Must be punctual
