The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment at all three locations of Amigos Foods.

Job Duties :

• Perform fabricating duties
• Maintain all production equipment
• Perform some electrical and plumbing duties
• Troubleshoot all areas of production equipment to ensure it is in good working order, making repairs/adjustments as needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned

Essential Functions:

• Maintain standards of food plant sanitation in all production activities.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices are adhered to at all times
• Adhere to the company’s production standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean work area at all times

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: One to two years’ related experience. Experience in food processing helpful.
