Job Description

We are looking to fill multiple positions at our Rental Yard in Hartville Ohio. We can do part time or full time and need to fill two primary positions. 

1. Rental Yard worker: Includes interfacing with customers, loading and unloading equipment. Clean and prepping for re-rent. 

2. Mechanic- Someone who has a desire to learn and aptitude for repairing tools and equipment. Experience is welcome, but work ethic and being a self starter is required. We are willing to do on the job training for someone who is willing to learn. Pay for experience mechanic will be higher than the estimated pay for the yard worker.

Qualifications:

-Someone who takes ownership and responsibility. Someone who knows that doing a little extra work upfront means that everyone has less work in the end

•This position requires a dedicated person who has an eye for detail, a basic understanding of equipment, and above all a desire to serve others

•Can lift 70 pounds continuously

•Can work in a quick paced environment while adapting to changes quickly

•Availability to work weekdays and 2 Saturdays a month 7-12. (Some consideration given to part time mechanic work if applicant is self motivated and can work unsupervised. 

•Must have a clean driving record

•Able to take on tasks by themselves with little to no supervision

Some of the responsibilities (yard worker)

•Stage, clean, and maintain equipment for upcoming rentals

•Help Customers load and unload equipment and tools

•Maintain general knowledge and understanding of equipment and its operation

-Above all be willing to do any job that needs to be done. Develop an eye for seeing work that needs to be done.
