DUVAL PARK APARTMENTS

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PART-TIME PORTER responsible for the cleaning and housekeeping of the apartment community located in Saint Petersburg, FL in accordance with the Company’s values of _communication, customer service and competency.  _This position offers part-time employment at a competitive salary. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• WORK TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF RESIDENT SATISFACTION AT ALL TIMES. 
• Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Requisition housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

• EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter’s duties including: backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower, etc.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
