We’re in the market for a superstar. We’re looking for a talented, experienced, well-rounded professional to oversee all HR functions for our expansive U.S. operations, including Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City, MO, Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY, and Duvel USA, a national sales organization. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

· Recruitment

· Employee relations and counseling

· Policy development and maintenance

· Comp and benefits design, structure and administration

· Performance metrics and incentive program development and maintenance

· Individual, team, and organizational development

· HR compliance

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

· 10 years’ experience in HR, with at least five in HR management

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional IQ

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Superior computer skills, including Excel

· A passion for good beer is strongly preferred

This KC-based position is supported by a small, effective team, but it’s a hands-on role requiring a get-it-done, whatever-it-takes attitude.
