    Are you an organized, multi-tasking, and experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who is looking for an excellent opportunity to support a team of professionals? Are you someone who can manage a pipeline of properties in different stages of their lifecycle? You will be working directly with the Dwell West Homes Acquisitions/Dispositions team, overseeing the pipeline of their investment properties. There is an opportunity for growth in this role. This is an important hire for us, and thus, we are being selective. We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and comes with previous experience; so please review the job roles and criteria in detail to make sure we will be a good fit for each other before applying. This is a Hybrid work opportunity - however only applicants living in the greater San Diego, CA area will be considered. Responsibilities: • Communicate and act as the main point of contact with Real Estate Agents, Direct Sellers, JV Partners, Transaction Coordinators, Lenders, Escrow, and Title Reps • Oversee the marketing and sale of our assets including listing coordination, auditing, and contract negotiations • Create and maintain tracking schedules and timelines to ensure execution of contractual closing obligations meeting critical deadlines • Transaction coordination on purchases and sales including drafting and reviewing agreements, addendums, disclosures, and other Real Estate related documents • Ensure that all post-closing tasks are completed, such as tracking recording deeds, monitoring the execution of investor funds placement, and submitting documents to appropriate agencies for recordation • Audit and maintain documentation ensuring compliance and adherence with governing legal, and ethical standards • Stay up-to-date with California Real Estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices • Coordinate with various service providers (appraisers, inspectors, surveyors) to ensure their timely involvement and delivery of reports • Collaborate with the project management team, company coordinators, and senior executives to meet and exceed sales and timeline expectations • Build relationships with sellers and agents and provide top-notch customer service We are looking for someone who is willing to do whatever it takes, do tasks outside their “job description”, and is resourceful. We will be growing, learning, and having fun side by side and working toward a common goal! Qualifications: • 3-5 years prior experience in residential real estate and/or property management required • Proficient understanding of the escrow process, timelines, transaction coordination, and documentation • Current CA Real Estate license a plus • Current CA Notary a plus • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and industry-related software • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities • Ability and confidence to work independently – including outside a standard office • Ability to prioritize and carry out tasks efficiently and competently • Basic understanding of the renovation process is a plus but not a requirement Compensation: $65,000 yearly
