Responsibilities: Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Show clients homes, attend inspections, key exchanges, and assist team with anything they need • Create new leads and clients for the team Qualifications: Applicants must have a real estate license Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Applicant must be interested in pursing a real estate career • Looking for opportunity to advance to a six figure income Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000
