Training and Mentorship: You will be personally trained and coached by one of Edmonton’s top agents for over 30 years Marketing, advertising and listing expenses are all paid for. Compensation:  $80,000 to $150,000 yearly to start Responsibilities: • Personable and able to connect with others on the phone and in person. • Represent buyers and sellers and act in their best interest. • Consistently build relationships with new prospective clients. • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value. • Prepare for and attend listing appointments as well as buyer showing appointments. • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience. • Always negotiate offers with the client’s best interest at heart. • Attend regular sales training • Willing to work with others in a team environment Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License and Drivers License • At least 2 years of real estate experience • Proficient with technology • Self-motivated, self-managed, and driven by performance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and multi-tasking ability. • Exceptional work ethic & time management skills. • Great people skills & a desire to succeed. • High degree of integrity & honesty Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
