Job Description

• Central NJ CPA Firm is looking for a Full-Time Tax Accountant with AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TAXATION.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation & Review of Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Non-Profit & Fiduciary Tax Returns
• Tax Projections & Planning
• Tax Notices - Research & Resolve with IRS or State Authority
• Balance Financial Records & Check for Inaccuracies ~ Make Journal Entries to correct

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office & various accounting & tax software programs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail Oriented
• Interaction with Clients
• Overtime & Saturdays required during tax season.
