Team D & M, THE ILLINOIS HAMMER,  is looking for a people person, who enjoys interacting and helping people, for an INTAKE SPECIALIST POSITION. Fun office environment with significant employee engagement opportunities, such as firm parties, contests and activities.

Skills:                    

•   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•   Evaluating potential cases by obtaining relevant data to quickly determine value of case
•   Using persuasive communication to inform potential clients and assist them in retaining our law firrm to represent them.

 Education:           

•  High School graduate or higher

Experience:        

•  Enjoys sales

Responsibilities:  

• Screening/evaluating incoming calls for potential Workers Compensation/ Personal Injury cases.
• Use Sales Force software to input case information and digitally send retainer documents.
• Follow-up on unsigned cases. 
• Work with attorneys and support staff to evaluate potential cases and provide an exceptional level of customer service.
