    Job Summary

    Growing San Antonio based residential Restoration & remodeling company is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

    Responsibilities

    Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime following property damage.

    Ability to follow xactiamte job scope ensuring all work is completed to company standards.

    Maintain consistent communication with clients

    Pre budgeting of job

    Distribution of PO's to all trades and vendors

    Manage and schedule any/all assigned internal tradesmen.

    Maintain clean appearance and utilization of PPE when applicable.

    identifying and documenting any potential supplements and/or change orders.

    Ability to confidently manage projects up to $1,000,000.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree is preferred not required

    Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred min 5 years

    Proficient in utilizing basic computer software

    Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    IICRC certifications are preferred but not required

    Osha Certifications preferred but not required.
