    Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – Community & Office-Based) Organization: United And Guided (UAG) Salary Range: $83,000 – $95,000 annually (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

    United And Guided is a public health nonprofit based in Sacramento dedicated to advancing birth equity, family wellness, and community-based behavioral health. We are launching Sacramento’s first Dyadic Care and Family Resilience Program, a model that supports parents and children together through clinical and community care.

    Position Overview

    The Dyadic Care Director (LCSW) will lead United And Guided’s multidisciplinary team of clinicians, doulas, and community health workers to deliver Medi-Cal–billable Dyadic Behavioral Health (DBH) services for prenatal and postpartum families. This is a leadership and direct-service role focused on clinical oversight, staff training, and integrated family care.

    Responsibilities

    Provide Dyadic Behavioral Health sessions (H1011) and related Medi-Cal services.

    Conduct developmental and behavioral screenings for families with children 0–5.

    Develop, document, and monitor individualized Dyad Service Plans.

    Supervise associate clinicians and coordinate care across UAG programs.

    Partner with the Midwife and Mental Health Specialist to support trauma-informed family interventions.

    Participate in data collection, quality improvement, and outcome reporting.

    Collaborate with community partners (First 5, CalAIM, ECM providers, etc.) to ensure continuity of care.

    Qualifications

    Current LCSW license (California BBS) required.

    Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health, perinatal, or child/family therapy.

    Experience with Medi-Cal documentation and trauma-informed care preferred.

    Strong collaboration and leadership skills; commitment to health equity.
