Job Description

DynaFlex is a world class oral device manufacturing company. We are seeking a career minded individual to add to our team. You will serve as the liaison between our customers and DynaFlex Orthodontic Laboratory. You will maintain and provide knowledge base of the evolving products, services & software to customers and effectively communicate to both internal and external teams. Training will be provided on software, products, and services, but clinical knowledge is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and provide knowledge base of the evolving products, services & software.
• Ability to assist in software innovation
• Work with marketing to provide clinical and sales content
• Document and update customer records based on interactions using Spiro CRM.
• Perform follow up and retention protocols with existing customers to ensure the ideal customer experience.
• Collaborate with and assist other team members, including outside sales team as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dental background, chairside and/or clinical experience
• Speak confidently with dental/ortho professionals
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and a love for technology-based solutions
• Career minded and seeking long-term employment
• Detail oriented
