    Job Description

    DynamiCard Inc is currently seeking a an Advertising Account Coordinator who will assist in managing of some of the company's key accounts. This position will maintain the continuity of the workflow and oversee the project management of the workflow of these accounts.

    Excellent teamwork, communication skills and work ethic are a must. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and driven to succeed. Qualified candidate cares about quality of work with exceptional integrity and cares about the client's experience. Must love to learn new things and be open to new ideas. Fast paced environment.

    Previous experience in print advertising, direct mail advertising and/OR SIMILAR MEDIUM is a plus.

    To clarify: This is not a sales position. This is an account coordinator position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain regular and positive relations with new and existing clients
    • Assist Sales team with parts of the clerical based processes
    • Creation of and distribution of new and revising of work orders
    • Assist Sales team with Creative and Production continuity and flow
    • Assist Sales team with gathering creative materials from clients for direct mail projects
    • Basic contact and Follow up with clients regarding their projects
    • Working in CRM (organizing of data, updating notes, etc)
    • Answer basic client inquiries
    • Assist clients in navigating ordering platforms and through the order submission process
    • Assist in managing and monitoring project timelines

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, ACADEMIC

    • B2B Experience
    • Product knowledge
    • General understanding of Direct Mail and/or Print Advertising workflows
    • Excellent communication skills (phone, electronic, written, verbal, etc)
    • Efficiency and Self Starter
    • Assertive and positive attitude
    • Dependable and Punctual
    • Ethical approach to business
    • Strong Teamwork skills
    • Proven time management skills - must be able to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with rapidly changing priorities, including working with a high volume of ongoing projects with fast turnaround.
    • Strong attention to detail

     

    This is a full time position M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
