A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER / CALL CENTER REP
As an HVAC Dispatcher / Call Center Rep, you are the heart of our company, communicating regularly with homeowners and field personnel to ensure that clients are receiving the best customer service possible. Always patient and cheerful, you answer a high volume of inbound phone calls throughout the day, making each caller feels like your first priority. Working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency according to company prioritization rules without compromising client satisfaction, you schedule appointments and dispatch field technicians to job sites. You keep customers informed about the status of their service calls as well as collect and record call recap information from service personnel. Following service calls, you perform outbound "happy calls" by phone to follow up with customers. Additionally, you perform basic office duties as volume permits. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring that clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER / CALL CENTER REP
Bilingual skills would be a plus. Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people and understand good phone etiquette? Are you attentive to accuracy and detail? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? This customer service position works MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
