The new addition will help us manage our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of providing a stellar customer experience to both customers and field technicians.

In this role, you will be required to coordinate the schedule in the most effective manner, supervise the routes and status of appliance repair technicians, update job statuses accordingly, check technicians in on job sites, respond to all inquiries related to ETAs, document notes in job records, schedule part installs, follow up on pending calls, answering incoming calls, send review requests, complete follow up surveys on non-sold jobs, and assist any other duties asked by management. As a Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and the fist point of contact for our technicians.

Specific Responsibilities:

Coordinate the schedule in the most effective manner

Supervise the routes and status of field technicians

Update job statuses accordingly

Check technicians in on job sites

Respond to all inquiries related to ETAs

Document notes in job records

Update pending jobs

Answer incoming calls

Job Requirements:• Minimum two years’ experience in the service industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong routing skills

• Knowledge of the Metro Phoenix Valley

• Team player who can work independently

• Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities

Location: We are in the heart of Carefree, Arizona

Job Type: Part time 25-30 hours per week Benefits: Medical benefits offered to full time employees after probationary period
