Job Description
SupperClub SouthEnd is looking for an energetic and driven bar manager, passionate about creating amazing bar and dining experiences. Responsibilities include growing bar revenue, promotion of daily bar activities, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain an eye for detail, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of two years bar experience in a full-service, high-volume environment. Ultimately, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through superior service.
Compensation Hourly plus percentage of late-night bar sales. Percentage and specific hours can be discussed and agreed upon prior to hiring and will be paid weekly based on net sales minus cost of goods and additional costs such as entertainment. We are looking to expand our hours and quickly become the go to late-night spot in Southend.
Example: +$15,000 weekly bar sales between 10pm and closing -$3000 cost of goods sold @30% COGS -$1500 DJs/Entertainment =$10,500 *10% commission =$1050 weekly plus hourly

What we’re looking for:
Proven track record building the right team and growing bar sales
Strongly connected to the Charlotte bar scene
Active on social media promoting yourself and your current/past bar experience
High Volume Bar Experience a MUST
Motivated individual with an eye for detail
Experience in leading, training and motivating staff
Solid track record of success in previous roles, including demonstrated career growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
This is a weekend and late-night position so be available to work those shifts
