Job Description
At Wasatch Heat Cable, we protect Utah homes and businesses from the brutal winter freeze. We are the premier local experts in keeping roofs clear, gutters flowing, and properties safe. We take pride in our premium craftsmanship and our stellar reputation—and that reputation starts the moment a customer hears our voice on the phone.
The Role: The Ultimate Client Champion
We aren't looking for a passive receptionist to just "answer phones" and watch the clock. We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy communicator who loves building relationships and keeping a busy office running like a finely-tuned machine.
As our Coordinator, you are the crucial bridge between our sales team, our field technicians, and our clients. Your primary mission is to make sure no lead is left cold, no scheduled job is missed, and every single client feels like royalty after we work on their home.
Responsibilities
The Follow-Up Force (Sales & Service): You will proactively follow up on sales bids we’ve sent out, check in on recently closed jobs to ensure satisfaction, and confidently manage callbacks to keep our client relationships rock-solid.
The Master Scheduler: You’ll coordinate and schedule site visits, installations, and maintenance calls, ensuring our field crews are optimized and clients know exactly when to expect us.
The Phone Dynamo: You are the warm, confident, and professional voice of Wasatch Heat Cable. You’ll handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and turn curious callers into scheduled appointments.
Office Command Center: You’ll keep the digital and physical paperwork organized, update our CRM/database, and assist with general administrative tasks to keep the business flowing smoothly.
Qualifications
You thrive on the phone. You don’t just "tolerate" phone work; you excel at it. You have an upbeat, persuasive, and empathetic phone presence.
You are a follow-up fanatic. You hate leaving loose ends. If a bid went out yesterday, you are excited to call them today to see how we can earn their business.
You are incredibly organized. Multi-tasking is your second language. You can handle an incoming call while adjusting a schedule without breaking a sweat.
You are proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do. If the phones are quiet, you are looking at who we can call back or how we can streamline our filing.
Local geography knowledge of the Wasatch Front is a major plus (helps with scheduling!).
