Your Role — Drain Cleaning Technician
You’ll be on the front lines helping residential and commercial customers get back to normal by providing expert-level drain cleaning services. If you're hands-on, solutions-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear residential and commercial drain lines using a variety of tools (snakes, augers, high-pressure jetting equipment, etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot drain issues using video inspection and other diagnostic equipment
Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, solutions, and preventive options
Accurately estimate time, materials, and costs for drain service projects
Maintain proper records of work completed and materials used via tablet/mobile app
Ensure safety protocols are followed for both team and customer property
Follow all company service procedures and brand standards
What We’re Looking For
Previous drain cleaning experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
Comfortable operating drain cleaning equipment and basic plumbing tools
Physically able to work in crawlspaces, attics, and other tight areas
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team
Positive, professional demeanor with strong customer communication skills
Comfortable using technology (tablets, scheduling apps, etc.)
High school diploma or GED preferred
