    DYNAMIC IS LOOKING TO HIRE EIGHT IN-OFFICE LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN RICHARDSON, TX.

January 2018 - July 2019 Joshua Bowers, the top producing Agent-Advocate in the history of Dynamic Insurance Services becomes the first Dynamic Insurance Services mentor. As Joshua began building out the structure of Scott’s dream, they worked together to develop a platform that could provide hard working and dedicated people with a path to real career advancement. July 2019 Dynamic reevaluated everything. A complete overhaul of the support structure, the Agent-Advocate roster, and the executive level management was needed for Dynamic Insurance Services to reach its true potential. Joshua Bowers stepped into the Vice Presidency of Dynamic Insurance Services so that, along with Dynamic’s original champion Scott Myer, they could steer Dynamic into its future. August 2019 Under the direction of Joshua Bowers, and with the guidance of Dynamic’s new Director of Sales Janice Adams, Dynamic Insurance Services launches a new recruiting initiative designed to attract, train, and retain the best, brightest, and hardest working people in the industry. Dynamic began hiring differently, training differently, and demanding a new caliber of success. As such, we were then able to create a hire-from-within opportunity and to make it available to our most successful Agent - Advocates. December 2019 Dynamic Insurance Services holds its First Annual “Dynamic Wolfpack Convention” in Richardson, Texas. Advocates came from all over the country to mingle, share experiences, and celebrate one another’s success. Every advocate and employee associated with Dynamic was there to celebrate Ivan Dazil, Dynamic’s newest Mentor, as he was recognized as Dynamic’s “Advocate of the Year.” January 2020: Dynamic came roaring into 2020 and immediately picked up where it left off in 2019. Growth, expansion, and tremendous sales success brought Dynamic into a new year of amazing potential and limitless possibility. Setting their eyes toward the future, Scott and Josh begin making plans for aggressive expansion and innovative new approaches designed to capitalize on and facilitate even more success for the Dynamic Wolfpack. Dynamic begins 2020 by turning in a new company record for new business! March - April 2020: The country is rocked by the emergence of the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Everywhere, companies from Ernest industry are forced to close and workers are suddenly without jobs. The country must now adjust to concepts and lifestyle changes like "quarantining" and "social distancing." However, Dynamic's virtual sales floor model and platform are uniquely suited to the new environment, and rather than be negatively affected by the crisis, Dynamic continues to grow, and thrive. Through the effort and dedication of Dynamic's amazing headquarters staff, the Wolfpack transitions easily into a new way of doing business. With the addition of new foundational members of the HQ team like National Recruiting Coordinator Courtney Clayton and National Training Coordinator Patrick McAllister, Dynamic is able to continue expanding and begin investing in different, innovative avenues and projects. Summer 2020: Dynamic expands its operation considerably, adding 2 brand new Mentors and teams to an already packed roster. With this success, Dynamic begins work on expansion plans to further diversify itself and leverage its success in the Final Expense market to begin exploring exciting new avenues of growth. Dynamic's vision for creating a new and innovative approach for both clients and advocates begins to gain traction, even as the global pandemic forces the Final Expense industry to begin making drastic changes. Dynamic turns in its misery successful summer ever, setting several new records for production, and setting new standards for excellence in client services. August 2020: Dynamic celebrates its most successful year to date! Scott Myer's vision, the Myer Mentor Model, and the execution of every member of the Dynamic HQ team have resulted in a record-setting year! Dynamic also adds another new mentor and team to the roster, bringing even more amazing personalities into the family! Dynamic revisits its Sales Training Platform and overhauls it in an effort to make the platform more approachable to a wider group of people, regardless of their experience level. September/ October 2020: Dynamic begins hosting a monthly "Wolfpack Family Night" and encourages members of the Wolfpack to show up after hours to play Bingo, Jeopardy, Mad Libs, and other games for fun and prizes! In October, Dynamic hosts its first virtual costume contest, where lots of people participated, but ultimately Dynamic Advocate Jane Muthee wins the inaugural competition in convincing fashion for her costume "It's Raining Men." Because of his tireless work and dedication to the model, Dynamic proudly promotes Patrick McAllister to the position of National Sales Director of Dynamic Insurance Services. Patrick is welcomed to the role by all of Dynamic, having been instrumental in helping so many advocates successfully transition to the program. Dynamic promotes another new mentor, expanding its current roster yet again, as news of Dynamic and its fresh new approach to the industry starts gaining ground, and Dynamic begins drowning in applications. November 2020: Joshua conducts his last ever training class at Dynamic Insurance Services as he transitions into a larger role at the company. It's a special occasion marked by not only the highest training bonuses ever paid out but also by an almost 100% successful training completion rate! The 3rd Annual Dynamic Family Potluck goes virtual! While the potluck was physically attended in the Richardson, TX headquarters by several of the Dynamic Advocates and their amazing families, almost everybody joined via Zoom Meeting Room to show that even social distancing during the pandemic couldn't and wouldn't stop the Dynamic family from getting together to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday in style. The Dynamic family was introduced to a brand new, state of the art, 80 person support call center on which construction had recently begun. After which, whether electronically or physically, the Dynamic family was able to come together and share a Thanksgiving feast. December 2020: Dynamic begins wrapping up its most successful year to date, with an eye ever towards the future. Planning and construction have begun or are about to begin on 2 brand new call centers in 2021 and with the strength of the foundation that Dynamic has built, the future is brighter than ever!
