    Job Description

    Interviewing Administrative Assistants immediately for our full-service electrical contracting client in Alameda County.

    Our client has a 10 + year, excellent reputation providing emergency assistance, and residential and commercial services.

    We are seeking someone for their office who is friendly, service-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing administrative team support as well as keeping multiple projects moving forward in a timely manner.

    Position is onsite, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm and pays up to $22 per hour

    Summary of duties:

    • Answer and direct incoming calls as well as follow up with customers
    • Handle purchase orders
    • Accurately enter data into an internal system
    • Gather and merge information from multiple databases to streamline the process
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
