    Job Summary: The Quality Control Associate is an integral part of our dynamic team dedicated to creating innovative

    and high-quality vitamin and dietary supplement products. The Quality Control Associate will assist and support the quality department in the maintenance, management, and development of the Company’s quality management system. They will assist in evaluating the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established standards.

    What You’ll Do:

    Maintain and improve existing quality processes to ensure continuously appropriate/compliant operation of quality processes.

    Assist the QC team with sample testing and proper documentation adhering to quality procedures.

    Oversee and manage the quality control process to maintain product safety, efficacy, and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.

    Utilize quality tools and techniques to perform and document full root cause investigations, to evaluate and resolve quality issues, and to enhance continuous improvement.

    Aid with development of corrective and preventive action plans and implement these within a given timescale to eliminate the root cause of any non-conformances.

    Work closely with other departments to facilitate actions and maintain compliance to the current systems for change controls, deviations, complaints, internal audit observation follow up.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Assist with preparing quality trend/metrics and assist with any report results.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    Knowledge of nutritional supplements, vitamins, and minerals.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Familiarity with various dosage forms (tablets, capsules, soft gels) and product development

    processes.

    Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical, and time management skills.

    Highly organized, efficient, and able to multi-task.

    Ability to work under pressure.

    Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workflow.

    Proficiency in all Microsoft applications and familiarity with Google Sheets.

    Team oriented with a positive attitude.

    What You’ll Need:

    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Familiarity with supplements/ingredients, background in quality control preferred.

    Familiarity with product price quoting, knowledge of nutritional supplements, and knowledge of

    the nutrition supplement industry.

    Ability to stand and bend for extended periods and perform repetitive actions.

    Visual acuity to inspect production.

    Lift and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.

    Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and equipment.

    Able to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.
