Summary
Responsible for architectural leadership within IT for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role ensures the successful implementation, deployment, and eventual technical transition from Dynamics F&O to a Secondary ERP Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design for F&O solutions and the architecture for the ERP transition.
Define integration strategies for F&O with other enterprise and third-party systems.
Oversee configuration, customization, performance optimization, and data migration.
Provide technical guidance, conduct system analysis, manage project plans, and mitigate technical risks.
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and D365 F&O Certification.
Proven experience as a D365 F&O Administrator/Architect. Secondary ERP Platform experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Finance, SCM, and Operations processes within F&O.
Expertise in system integration, large-scale enterprise transitions, and data migration.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages/tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience managing matrixed teams in complex, ambiguous environments.
