    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer responsible for building and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to drive business process enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), deploying managed solutions, and working across the Power Platform and Azure environments. Key responsibilities include developing frontend components, managing data, creating custom plugins, designing flows/workflows, and debugging defects to support our organization's digital transformation. Proficiency in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, JavaScript, C#, and Azure DevOps is essential for success in this role.

    Desired Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (or Outbound Marketing).
    • 2+ years of experience working with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    • 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
    • 1+ years of experience with reporting tools and data operations.

    What we’d like you to have:

    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems.
    • Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus but not required.

     

    Desired Skills:

    Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration

    • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Customer Insights – Journeys and managed solutions.
    • Manage multiple Dynamics production and non-production environments.
    • Build and modify forms, views, dashboards, and reports to support business requirements.
    • Configure security roles, business rules, and entity fields as needed.

    Development & Automation

    • Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and FetchXML.
    • Build integrated Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
    • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot FetchXML, JavaScript and TypeScript.
    • Support native and custom API integrations with external systems.

    System Enhancements & Support

    • Assist in system upgrades, patching, feature rollouts, and D365 deployments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 application issues.
    • Manage Data Migrations and data imports.
    • Maintain and update technical documentation, including solution design, Azure DevOps details, and deployment details.

    Collaboration & Methodology

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams business analysts, QA testers, architects to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
