    Job Description

    DYNAMO SPECIALTY DISTRIBUTING is a wine and beer distribution company representing a global portfolio of fine wines & spirits, craft beer, and premium non-alcoholic beverages. We are seeking professional, self-motivated candidates for both established routes and training routes in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will reside in this territory.

    PRIOR BEVERAGE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Possess knowledge and passion for wine, beer, spirits and high-end non-alcoholic beverages
    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Create sales material to present to customers
    • Establish a schedule of regular visits to each account assigned

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and strong computer skills
    • Be available to work flexible hours.
    • Need to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
